Adapting SIRIUS and beyond for Electron Ionization Fragmentation
Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena, Facutly Mathematics and Computer Science
Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Sebastian Böcker

I am a PhD student working at the chair of bioinformatics (Boecker Lab) of the Friedrich Schiller University Jena. My focus lies in computational methods for untargeted metabolomics.

For my thesis, I will work on adapting established methods used for characterization of LC-MS/MS data (SIRIUS software) to GC-EI-MS data.
