Dr. Simon Golin, Berlin, heads the consultancy company golin wissenschaftsmanagement. For more than 30 years now he has been involved with not-for-profit management – with a focus on science, education and the foundation sector. Amongst other things, he has been managing director of the “Deutscher Studienpreis” at the Körber foundation, secretary general of the German National Ethics Council and secretary general of the Academy of Sciences and Humanities in Hamburg.
This is a new mini lecture series compiling seven topics from insect chemical ecology. The seven lectures takes place from 2-3pm on Dec 6,7,8,9,13,14, and 15.

MPI-CE alumni will share insights into their career paths within the "speed informing" concept. Each alumnus/alumna will rotate between groups of doctoral researchers for 15 minute Q&A sessions.
This course is part of the international MSc. Evolution, Ecology and Systematics programm at Friedrich Schiller University.
