German Classes

International scientists are welcome to join a German Class. Entry level (A1) courses are organized by the Beutenberg Campus e.V. Advanced level courses (A2 - B1) are offered by the MPI-CE. Courses are subsidized by the MPI-CE for IMPRS students and MPI-CE international co-workers if 80% of the course units are attended. Otherwise, the participant will incur the costs him/herself. At the end of each course, participants receive a certificate indicating the respective language proficiency level. Courses may  take place online or in person. Please note, that German Classes are not creditable within the IMPRS curriculum, attendance is completely optional.
