Bruker Avance 500 NMR Spectrometer

BOSS II shim system, z-gradient.
Probe: TCI  H-C/N-D 5 mm cryoprobe, ATM.
Data system: Windows XP, Topspin 2.1.

LC-SPE-MS-NMR Coupling
The TCI 5 mm cryoprobe can be equipped with a CryoFitTM flow insert  
(cell volume 30 µl or 60 µl) for LC-DAD-SPE-NMR coupling.  
LC-DAD: Agilent 1100 with autosampler and J&M diode array detector.
SPE: Bruker/Spark Holland SPE System.
LC-MS: Bruker Esquire 3000 Ion Trap Mass Spectrometer.
Bruker Hystar Software.


Bruker Avance 400 NMR Spectrometer

UltraShieldTM magnet, 9.4 T (1H operating frequency 400 MHz).
Avance spectrometer console: Two RF channels, digital 2H lock,
BOSS I shim system, z-gradient.
Autosampler: BACS 60.
Data system: Windows XP, Topspin 2.1.

Liquid State NMR
In the standard configuration, the Avance 400 spectrometer is used for high resolution liquid state NMR. The instrument is operated in full automation with a

  • BBFO 5 mm probe: 31P-19F observe, 1H decoupling, ATM, z-gradient. 

The following probes are optionally available for HR NMR of liquid samples:

  • BBI 5mm: 1H observe, 31P-109Ag BB decoupling, ATM, z-gradient.
  • SEF 3 mm: 19F selective probe.
  • SEF 10 mm: 19F selective probe.


High Resolution Magic Angle Spinning (HR-MAS)

Pneumatic HR-MAS unit.
1H/13C HR MAS probe, 4 mm, MAS gradient.

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
Bruker Micro5 imaging probe, modular design by exchangeable rf-inserts:

  • 2 mm insert, solenoid coil, 1H selective.
  • 5 mm insert, 1H selective.
  • 10 mm insert, tunable to 1H and 19F frequencies.

Data system: Linux, ParaVision 2.1.1.
